Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving. The product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags and the return must be approved through email. This excludes any custom made orders which include the Hampuii hats and embroidered jackets. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. A refund will be applied via your original form of payment once the item has been returned in its original condition. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, so please keep tracking information. Allow 1-7 business days for refund to post.
